awal tahun ni..aku kenal la someone ni..kenal pon coz dia wat something yg annoy aku..so i decided to add her in my FB..be her friend la konon2nye~so as time goes by, aku ase die ni ok..so aku pon 'berbesar hati la' to include her in my circle of friends..tp since few months ago..dia mula wt bende 'pelik2' such as menggangu hak aku n betray my trust on her..oh,jahatkan?haha..mule2 aku diamkan..tp lame2 makin melampau..aku sabar je la bile dengar cite dr cik Z psl ape yg die buat..so aku pon upla status2 FB and BBM yg berkaitan dgn ape yg die wt..tau pulak terasa...last skali die delete aku dr BBM and FB friendlist die..ade aku kesah?dasar loser~sebok nk kacau hak org laen bile da xdpt ape yg ko nak pd asalnye tu..hoi LOSER!

• tomato..pon hiris2 gak smpai halus

ok..so ni adelah care2 untuk masak spaghetti untuk newbies dlm dapur cm saye..ecececece....

1. taruk 1 or 2 sudu minyak dlm claypot or periok biase pon bole la..panaskan
2. bile da panas,masukkn bawang2 yg diblend td tu..kacau la smpai nmpak cam kuning sket..
3. masukkan minced meat tu..kacau..hancur2kn dlm periok..kacau lagi smpai kaler die jadi brown2 gitu..letak la air sket kan dlm periok kalo die beku lg sbb korg lupe nk kua kn dr fridge awal2 sket
4. masokkn prego sos tu separoh botol or sebotol pon bole la..baru sronok sket...letak gak sesenduk sos cili n sos tomato..
5. masokkn mixed vegie yg ade jagung,carrot ngan kacang pea tu...kacau la slagi tgn korang xlenguh..
6. masokkn tomato ngan cendawan yg dihiris2 tu..
7. letak garam n megi cukup rasa..letakla sesuka ati korg..kalo ase cm korg ni ade tekanan darah rendah..tarukla semangkuk garam..ahh..sesedap rase korg la..

9. jgn lupe rebus spaghetti tu smpai lembut..xkn nk makan kuah spaghetti ngan nasi lak kan..

tadaaa...da pon siap..lepas masak jangan lak lupe nk lap dapur..dinding ngan lantai tu kalo kotor..kang kene ketok lak kpale tu ngan senduk..ok..sekian..enjoy~

To:  Suruhanjaya Hak Asasi Manusia Malaysia (SUHAKAM) June 10, 2010

We refer to the articles published in Kosmo! (“Parti Lesbian Berleluasa”) and the Harian Metro (“Aksi Panas Pengkid, Lesbian”) dated 2nd and 16th May respectively.

We, the undersigned, are enraged by the usage of disparaging words such as “songsang” (deviant), “lucah” (lewd) and “jijik” (disgusting) in the newspaper reports to describe the queer community. The words used by Kosmo! and the Harian Metro and echoed by other newspapers (such as The Star, 3 May 2010) are heavily loaded with moral connotations and paint the queer community unjustifiably and unfairly as deviants and morally tainted.

These recent attacks were first and foremost attacks on sexual rights and, by extension, on human rights. The claim and exercise of these rights are integral to a person's identity and self-worth and do not in any way contribute to general misconduct or a decline in moral values as wrongly implied by these journalists and newspapers. The continued stigma and discrimination perpetuated by the media towards the queer community (more pronounced since August 2003 when a memorandum was sent to Suhakam then) shows that Suhakam has done nothing to effectively uphold the human rights of the queer community as Malaysians of equal status.

These attacks were also a violation of privacy since these gatherings were by invitation only and exclusive to the queer community concerned.

Besides those two articles which were published recently in Harian Metro and Kosmo!, more than a dozen of articles have been published this year alone in local newspapers (please refer to attachment). These articles are reflective of an ongoing hostile trend by the media towards people of different sexual orientation and gender identity, in complete disregard for their human rights.

We strongly condemn journalists and newspapers who use unscrupulous tactics to obtain their stories and who further rely on sensationalism and titillation to sell their newspapers. We consider these journalists and newspapers unethical and unprofessional because they break the profession's own standards of good reporting.

Both journalists and editors should be aware of the impact and consequences of how the news is reported especially when it comes to news about the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender communities where unethical and biased reporting only instigates hate and violence towards the queer community. Creating and encouraging an environment of hate and violence is criminal. As a result of such irresponsible reporting, private spaces are being invaded and violated, thus making it harder and harder for the queer community to enjoy their human rights just like other Malaysians.

In light of our urgent concerns, we repeat our call since 28 August 2003, and urge Suhakam:

First, to push for the protection of the human rights of individuals perceived or identified lesbians, bisexuals, gay, transsexual, transgendered, queer, under the Constitution and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Second, to pressure the government to repeal all laws that outlaw and criminalise mutually consensual sexual behaviour between adults.

Third, to further educate citizens on constitutional provisions for the protection of the human rights of citizens and non-citizens, and to further educate the public on the spirit and core values of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Yogyakarta Principles.

Fourth, to pressure the government to repeal all laws that restrict freedom of expression and freedom of information.

We hope that together, we will all be able to protect the democratic principles enshrined in the Malaysian Constitution, and strengthen the practice of a truly humane, participatory democracy in Malaysia.

Sila rujuk kepada artikel-artikel yang diterbitkan dalam akhbar Kosmo! (Parti Lesbian Berleluasa) bertarikh 2 Mei 2010 dan Harian Metro (Aksi Panas Pengkid,Lesbian) bertarikh 16 Mei 2010.

Kami amat tidak berpuas hati dengan penggunaan perkataan-perkataan yang mengaibkan seperti “songsang”, “lucah”, dan “jijik” dalam laporan akhbar untuk menggambarkan komuniti LGBTIQ (lesbian, gay, biseksual, transgender, intersex, queer). Perkataan-perkataan yang digunakan oleh Kosmo! dan Harian Metro yang kemudian dipinjam oleh akhbar-akhbar lain (sebagai contoh, The Star, 3 Mei 2010) adalah penuh dengan konotasi moral serta menggambarkan komunti LGBITQ sebagai golongan yang tidak bemoral, terpesong, dan tidak berakhlak.

Pertama sekali, tuduhan-tuduhan tersebut adalah serangan terhadap hak seksual dan seterusnya hak asasi manusia. Tuntutan dan amalan hak-hak tersebut adalah sangat penting kepada identiti serta harga diri seseorang dan tidak sama sekali menyumbang kepada kelakuan yang tidak sopan atau keruntuhan nilai-nilai moral seseorang secara umum seperti yang disalahtafsirkan oleh para wartawan serta akhbar. Stigma dan diskriminasi yang ditimbulkan oleh media terhadap komuniti LGBTIQ (telah menjadi semakin teruk lagi semenjak Ogos 2003 apabila satu memorandum diserahkan kepada Suhakam) menunjukkan bahawa Suhakam tidak mengambil apa-apa usaha secara efektif untuk membela hak asasi manusia bagi komuniti LGBTIQ sebagai rakyat Malaysia yang mempunyai status yang sama.

Tuduhan-tuduhan tersebut juga adalah pencabulan terhadap hak privasi seseorang memandangkan majlis-majlis tersebut adalah berdasarkan jemputan sahaja dan adalah eksklusif bagi komuniti LGBTIQ.

Kami secara tegasnya mengutuk tindakan para wartawan dan akhbar yang menggunakan taktik-taktik yang tidak bertanggungjawab dalam mendapatkan berita-berita mereka. Selain itu, kami juga mengkritik tindakan mereka yang mensensasikan dan menokok tambah untuk menjual akhbar mereka. Kami menganggap wartawan-wartawan dan akhbar tersebut adalah tidak beretika dan tidak profesional kerana mereka melanggar standard kewartawanan yang ditetapkan oleh mereka sendiri.

Selain artikel-artikel tersebut yang telah diterbitkan oleh Harian Metro dan Kosmo!, lebih daripada sedozen artikel telah diterbitkan oleh akhbar-akhbar tempatan dalam tahun ini sahaja (sila rujuk kepada lampiran). Artikel-artikel tersebut juga menggambar sikap media yang dingin terhadap golongan yang mempunyai orientasi seksual dan identiti gender yang berbeza. Sekaligus, mengendahkan hak asasi manusia mereka.

Kedua-dua wartawan-wartawan dan penyunting harus berhati-hati terhadap impak dan kesan daripada laporan berita mereka, terutamanya apabila laporan tersebut adalah berkaitan dengan komuniti LGBTIQ kerana laporan-laporan yang tidak beretika serta bias hanya akan mewujudkan perasaan benci dan keganasan serta penaniyaan terhadap komuniti LGBTIQ. Mewujudkan dan menggalakan persekitaran yang penuh dengan benci dan keganasan adalah sesuatu yang sangat memalukan. Ruang-ruang private diceroboh dan dicabul sebagai kesan daripada laporan berita yang tidak bertanggungjawab seperti yang dilakukan oleh Kosmo! dan Harian Metro. Hal ini menjadikan lebih sukar bagi komuniti LGBTIQ untuk menikmati hak asasi manusia mereka sebagai mana yang dinikmati oleh rakyat Malaysia lain.

Selari dengan kebimbangan kami, kami mengulang permintaan kami semenjak 28 Ogos 2003, dan kami mendesak Suhakam:

Pertama, untuk melindungi hak asasi individu yang dilihat atau mengidentifikasikan diri mereka sebagai lesbian, biseksual, gay, transseksual, transgender, queer, di bawah Perlembagaan Malaysia dan Deklarasi Hak Asasi Manusia

Kedua, untuk mendesak kerajaan untuk memansuhkan semua undang-undang yang mendiskriminasi hubungan seksual dengan kerelaan kedua-dua pasangan dewasa

Ketiga, untuk mendidik rakyat tentang provisi-provisi dalam perlembagaan untuk melindungi hak asasi manusia rakyat dan bukan rakyat, serta untuk mendidik masyarakat umum tentang nilai-nilai utama dan inti pati Deklarasi Hak Asasi Manusia serta Prinsip-prinsip Yogyakarta

Keempat, untuk mendesak kerajaan untuk memansuhkan semua undang-undang yang mengawal kebebasan berekspresi dan kebebasan informasi

Kami berharap secara bersama-sama, kita dapat melindungi prinsip-prinsip demokratik yang termaktub dalam Perlembagaan Malaysia, dan mengukuhkan praktis demokrasi “participatory” yang benar-benar melibatkan amalan yang mulia di Malaysia.

KOLEJ MATRIKULASI JOHOR 2004-2005

obviously..ni la tempat belajar paling bosan dalam hidup saya...nak menyesal pon da tak guna..haha..seriously, i didnt do well in my studies..this was the first time i went to classes where the teaching language was ENGLISH..
          ok, honestly..my english suxx and seriously, i had this inferiority complex till i was in MRSM due to this serious problem. it was like i'm the only student who cant speak english..sedih sangat but i had no courage to speak in english esp in front of people becoz of this mentality that people will laugh at me la sume..
          so in KMJ, kitorg ade class biology, chemistry, maths and english. i was soooo screwed up and at that point i knew that i had to make a choice :

1. struggle jugak for english, science and maths class and wait for the results (which i know confirm lingkup abes) OR
2. just focus on english so that if i dont do well in my academics, i can still use my SPM result n MUET (hopefully these can help me) untuk belajar tempat laen..

so i chose number 2..i learned english by hard..that was a really tough year for me.. so everyday i would spend about 2-3 hours reading the newspaper provided for each room..i read every word and sentence..and my dictionary was my best friend..and alhamdulillah..i did quite well in MUET and saye dapat Band 5 :)

           my final exam was like main2 for me..and as i expected, my result memang boleh campak ke laut la..haha..so tu je la pasal matrix yang tak best tu...

Maktab Rendah Sains MARA (MRSM) Jasin, Melaka 2002-2003

          when i was in primary and secondary school..i was always amused by all those people and my own seniors who had the chance to go to MRSM..macam hebat sgt..nama pon gah kan that time..so diam2..saya bercita-cita nak belajar kt MRSM gak walaupun rase mcm mustahil je nk masuk sekolah tu..tp unbelievably mase bulan kedua kat form 4 Akas in SIGS, i received an offer letter from MARA..honestly, i was so proud that time dan sgt berkobar2 la nk masuk sekolah tu without knowing what was waiting for me in the future..macam banyak kesedihan compared to happiness..

          so basically kt MRSM ni ada 18 kelas..banyakkan ?? haha..kelas 401/501 sampai la 418/518..ade kelas sains, akaun, reka cipta ntah tak ingat la..so saya masuk tingkatan 406 (2002) and 506 (2003)...class mates saye ade 24 org..i can still remember few names..Joe (Puan Farhana okeh..), Nana, Adeq, Na, Madihah, Nadia, Muna, Ain (now physiotherapist kt IJN), Pika, Muna, Pakteh, Syed, Abu, Syahmi, Razak and ramai lagi la..so ni la dak2 kelas saya utk 2 tahun :)

2002 : this was my culture shock year sepanjang kt MRSM. never been apart from home, i was a bit lost here..i dont know why but slowly it feels like im losing the 'sparks' of my own brain..semua subject seemed to be so odd..so hard and tough..students there were like soo super-genius..and i started to develop this inferiority complex yg sgt teruk..my self-esteem was at its lowest level..i dont wanna use those reasons as my excuses but seriously my academic performance was like bullshit..time paling sedih was addmaths..i even cried in  class when my addmaths teacher that time came to my table just to explain apa yg dia da ajar coz i was like so lambat pick up as my classmates sume da paham apa yg dia ajar except for me..rasa mcm saya la student paling bodoh dlm class tu..sedih sgt2..tak kira lagi class chemistry, biology and physics..mcm nk call mak, suruh amek amek bawak balik JB..
tu pasal academic..then bout my 'personal' life..hmm...this part was so confusing..not just to myself..but to the people kt sekeliling saya.. i dont know whether i should put this in my blog or not..or maybe some other time..

2003 : so this was the year i sat for my SPM..well i can say that 2003 was much better than 2002..da tau how to managed my own life da kot..i can still remember my juniors yg susah btol saya nak lupa dlu..they were fiza and mira (who looks like rudy from kumpulan kristal..haha)..ok pasal academic.. i was still quite weak but takla rase suxx sgt..i didnt expect to get good grade for my SPM..trial SPM pon stakat 1A je kot..so i can still remember this old friend of mine named YAYA from 510 kot..a week before SPM (time bulan puase) baru saya tahu apa yg saya tak pernah tahu pasal kimia..form 4 punya subject weiii....baru nk belajar seminggu sebelum chem paper...tp YAYA dgn sabarnye ajar saya semua basic chemistry tu..alhamdulillah..saya dapat jawab paper chem and other papers dgn tenang walaupon tak tau jawapan betul ke salah..

          so SPM 2003 tu syukurlah coz walaupon saya tak expect dapat more than 3A pon..tp alhamdulillah saya dapat 6A1, 2A2 and 2B3..bolehla... actually kecewa tp at least more than my expectation..ok la tu.. ade rumusan sket la drpd citer ni :

•  terima kaseh byk2 kat KAK NGAH yang sanggup datang ajar addmath depan hostel almost every 2 weeks. time tu dia blaja kat matrix johor...thanx a lot :)

          After habis darjah 6, saya masuk la plak SIGS ni untuk 3 tahun..okeh..i loikee dis school sebab dia ala-ala high school yg pemes memes gitu..so SIGS ni ada kelas (RK) Akas, (RK) Bijak, Akas, Bijak, Cerdik, Daras, Enga and Fatan..RK stands for rancangan khas..ni bukan kelas utk students OKU seperti yang anda fikirkan ok..haha..ni cream class tau ~

1999 : Officially, I was a student of class 1 (RK) A..fuhh..macam glamour2 je dak2 sini..this was the year I got my nickname 'COKE' by my ex-classmates..if i'm not mistaken, Elisya and Safiah (kot name dia) yang gave me this name..maka I've been using this name for about 12 years now..demmm..haha..ok so lots of people asked me; why COKE? so actually, masa tu bulan puasa and muslim students were not allowed to go to canteen or go to the mesin 'gedegang' (or vendor machine)..so saya  ni as a new student there, dengan macho-gagah-perkasa-lagi-beraninye pegi jugak beli air kt vendor machine tu..kebetulan lak..time tu 1 tin air coke=RM1.00.so ramai la pesan nk beli air tu..i'm not sure my classmates puase ke tak..so saya pon beli la sampai 12-15 tin for 1 trip to canteen..so that's how i got my name :)

2000 : saya masuk form 2 (RK) A. this year I joined school trip gi langkawi and penang..owh awesome!! konon2 cam gerek habesla time tu..haha..this year saya kenal dgn few seniors yg 2 years older than my batch; kak hamidah, kak hidayah, kak hasnida, kak azimah and sorg lagi x ingat la..i dont know why but i found lepaking with kak midah mase kt sekolah was so fun sampai boleh ponteng kelas sehari suntuk..haha..then i was so closed with this senior name kak dilla husin..dia sgt baek okeh walaupon ramai rasa dia ni cm garangz gitu...mane tah kak dilla ni now

2001 : i was in 3 (RK) A this year..ade exam penting : PMR okeh..tahun ni i was like so malas in class..sampai cikgu sains da tatau nak watpe coz my exercise book kosong gile tak pernah buat pape..mcm tak penah teringat yg die soh wt homework..haha..sume class pon saye ponteng except..jeng jeng jeng.. MATHEMATICS CLASS BY MISS LOW BENG CHOO...haha..ni la cekgu paling best 1 dunia penah ade..dia ni strict gile..tp snanye dia sgt2 la baik...cm kira sayang habis la kt dia ni..eventho dia akan bjalan 1 sekolah sambil bawak rotan..adeiii..haha
          So tahun ni amek PMR and alhamdulillah dapat 8A..sebok2 la isi borang MRSM sebab sume org pon nak masuk MRSM la..asrama penuh la..x penuh sgt la..

Dewi Nadia Alias??

          Dewi Nadia..hurmm sounds familiar..ok..she used to sit in front of me in class when we were in standard 5, back in 1997..so..urmm well..I can't remember much about her..yang saye ingat..dia kecik2..pakai specs..friendly..and slalu bercerita bout her family to me..

          So few weeks ago,i came across about a lady abused her stepdaughter sampai mati dgn 73 kesan dera in a newspaper..tapi tak brapa nk bace sgtla nama suspek tu..last week,i bought a paper and tibe2 terasa la nak baca psl kes tu..nama suspect tu dewi nadia..umur 25 (ok..same wit me..) and she's from JB!!

          OMG...apakah...adakah..sapakah...i asked a few friend of mine and they told me it was her..gosh...hurmm..condolences for Aquilla (the baby's biological mum) and her family..well we are not suppose to judge Dewi Nadia for this because kita semua tak tau cerita yg sebenar kan..however I hope we can learn something from this case.. sigh~

Seelamaat sejahtraaa cikguuuuu…

          Fuhh..kalo la saye yang jd cikgu time dulu2..boleh tercabut kot usus nak tunggu dak2 ni habis bagi ucap selamat…k la cukup2 la mukadimah..

          1993 : saye start sekolah kat SRK IJ Convent JB; darjah 1Delima..kira ada 5 kelas la dlu.. Delima, Emas, Nilam, Zamrud, Intan..bangga habes la masuk kelas delima ni..first class la konon2nye..dlm class tu if I'm not mistaken ade Joanna Choong, Valene See, Hashvina. Iman, Tengku Aminah and ramai lagi la…cikgu kelas name Puan Anida..

          Tak brapa ingat sangat la zaman2 ni but benda yang paling tak boleh lupa was the time kitorg kene gosok gigi lepas waktu rehat..so ade la sorg budak ni name Nadia Zulkifli..dia sebok la nk mengacau time org tgh gosok gigi..budak2 an..mane tahan rasa pedas (mint) toothpaste tu..I was about to spit air yang digargle dgn ubat gigi tu n si Nadia ni tayang muka kt depan sink.. ape lagi..amek ko..saye pon dgn tak sengajanye ter’splash’ kan air kumur tu kt muka die..ushh cuak gile la tp naseb la Nadia tu kental budaknye..takde nk nanges2..so Nadia..if u are reading this..saye nak mintak mahap ok..haha..

          1994 : masuk darjah 2 Delima, then 3 Delima, 4 delima (cikgu clas Pn Wong kot name die), 5 Delima and finally tahun 1998 kat darjah 6Delima..

          Ok..I’m like so lifeless mase darjah 6..nak UPSR..and my mum was a teacher in SMK Convent,JB..kira bjiran je la..so sebagai anak cikgu yg sgt garang pada zaman2 perkhidmatannye…I was forced to do a lot of revision..reading..tulis karangan..hafal segala macam fakta..and my mum akan bawak balik sebeban contoh karangan students dia in form 1 or form 2(mostly chinese) yang mmg unbelievably sangat hebat..lagi hebat compared to Malay students..hasilnye..I was so good in karangan (which I think is above the level of standard 6 punye students)..so timekaseh banyak2 mak for forcing me to write karangan every Monday, Wednesday and Friday..besides writing very good karangan.. I think I can speak a very skema BM sampai sekarang :) 

          Well I think I wasn't really a trouble maker when I was in primary school..and alhamdulillah saye dapat 5A utk UPSR’98..thanx mum and teachers…ok la..tu je la kot cerita utk sekola rendah saye..

ok..bismillah..

fuhh...lepas nak kat 2 jam aku dok pusing2 tempat yang same..lepas kena marah dgn nutz sebab nak tanye dia pasal blog masa dia tgh dating..raso2 eh da ok la kot...aishhh..sabo je la...susah nak berblog kalo buta IT ni..huahua..ok la..penat..skang bole rehatkan otak sket..tatatititutu
